Leandra(Bumblesteak's redesign challenge)

A redesign this oc challenge for BumbleSteak’s character Leandra. I just ended up trying to combine two of her existing outfits for fun and giving her a bunch of little glowy bits, in hindsight I wish I stuck to one outfit.
